I’m finding overlapping themes with my sojourn to the Nordic countries this summer. We visited the Viking museum in Roskilde, Denmark. The ancient ships and reconstructed ones they sail. With roots in the forests of Northern Sweden. I’m a painter and a disenchanted environmentalist. You are doing such interesting and unique work.
It sounds like we have interests in common. That also sounds like an incredible trip! I too am fighting disenchantment. This project in many ways is for my mental health. It is so easy to be disenchanted at this juncture, my last post wrote about this, to an extent. I was trying to comfort in a very hot and difficult summer.
Oh yes, we do need this, all of it. Blessings on the journey, and thank you for sharing your vision in this vulnerable and opening time of germination.
